Fieldwork Purchase and Subscription Terms

How paid access is sold
Two ways to buy the same paid-access tier:
- Monthly subscription: an auto-renewing subscription that renews every one month
until you cancel it.
- One-time purchase: a single payment. It does not renew, there is nothing to
cancel, and no further amount is charged for it.
Only the monthly plan renews. The renewal, cancellation and auto-renewal terms in this document apply to the monthly subscription and do not apply to the one-time purchase.
The exact price and currency are the localized values shown beside each option and in the Apple or Google purchase-confirmation sheet. Taxes may be handled according to the store and your location. Do not rely on a price shown outside the live purchase flow.
What paid access includes
While the monthly subscription is active, or once the one-time purchase is complete, paid access unlocks the content and features described on the paywall at purchase time. Both options unlock the same content. The free study package remains usable without buying either. A free package is not a free trial and does not convert to a paid plan by itself.
Payment and automatic renewal
Payment is charged to the store account you confirm at purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same duration at the then-disclosed store price unless you cancel before the next renewal is processed. The store controls billing timing, authorization, receipts, taxes, and renewal processing.
If an introductory offer or free trial is added later, its eligibility, duration, post-offer price, and conversion date must be displayed before purchase and added to these Terms. No introductory offer or trial is covered by this draft.
Cancellation and access after cancellation
Cancel through the same store used for purchase:
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Unless the store or applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.
The app must provide an easy-to-find manage-subscription link in Settings or an equivalent screen before launch.
Restore purchases
Use Restore Purchases in the app to ask the applicable store to restore an eligible entitlement. Restoration depends on the store account, product status, and store service.
Price or benefit changes
The store and Trinity Fallow will provide any notice or consent flow required for a price change. Material changes to paid benefits will be described before they take effect, subject to applicable law and store rules.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the rules and process of the store where the purchase was made, without limiting any mandatory consumer right:

These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Use. If mandatory law or the applicable store terms give you greater rights, those rights continue to apply.

Use live, localized store values in place of every bracketed field:

The purchase button repeats the selected option and its live localized price, and the renewal disclosure is shown only against the monthly plan. Presenting a non-renewing purchase under auto-renewal language misstates the contract, and both stores treat it as such. Do not hide price, interval, renewal, cancellation, or links behind an additional tap.
